If proportional mode is *not* used, the Tunable Password Generator will compute a password using the number of letter, capital letter, number and special character you have specified
(or just a classic password using 8 random characters if everything is set to 0). In this case, the total size parameter is ignored.
If proportional mode is used, the generator will compute a password of the specified total size with respect to the proportions given for each type of
character. For example, if 2 letters, 2 caps and 1 number are requested for a password of size 10, the generator will provide a password with 4 letters, 4 caps and 2 numbers.
Note that the generator may use slighly more letters in this mode if the exact proportion cannot be respected.
